Crazy Ideas and Ways to Take Action

We researched more ideas - some are good ideas, others are a little crazy.
 
Some other good ideas to consider:
 
  1. Use low flow sprinklers.
  2. Don't water your garden when it is raining. 
  3. Have no leak drains and sprinkler systems, so you don't lose as much water.
  4. Save the water that comes out of your gutters.
  5. Install mini water turbines in your gutters.
  6. Grow plants on your roof and drain the excess water away and resuse the water like they are doing at the California Academy of the Sciences. 
  7. Recycle the water in your fountains and ponds.
  8. Make a cactus garden - these are water-wise plants.
Our crazy ideas:
  1. Have a trampoline garden because IT DOESN"T use water.
  2. Make a pretty sea glass garden!!!
  3. Expand your house. 
These crazy ideas would work and can be really fun for you and your family!
